Tim Wendelboe has been buying coffee from the Kapsokisio cooperative since 2012, and, after falling in love with their coffees, raised money to help them build new drying beds. 90% of this lot consists of the unique K7 variety, which gives it a distinctly crisp and fruity flavor. We tasted rose hip, hibiscus, and red berries. 🌍 Origin: Mt. Elgon, Kenya 💦 Process: Washed 🔬 Variety: K7, SL28, Sl34 ⛰️ Elevation: 1,800 – 2,000 MASL 🔥 Roast: Light ⚖️ Bag Size: 250 g (8.8 oz)
