Mignon Zero

Single dose grinding doesn’t require using a $2000+ grinder that looks like a telescope and this svelte handcrafted grinder from Eureka is the perfect way to experience all of the benefits of single dose espresso grinding at home. A modified version of the venerable Silenzio, the Mignon Zero provides consistent and reliable single dose grinding. Key Features Zero Retention Combining an air baffle and a compact burr chamber, the Mignon Zero has nearly zero retention for a perfect shot every time. Stepless Adjustment Using the easy to reach dial on the front of the grinder, the Mignon Zero has infinite adjustability with no preset notches or indents allowing for perfect calibration. Compact Design At just under 5in wide and 13.75in tall, the Mignon Zero fits on nearly every countertop with space to spare. Integrated Dosing Cup The stainless steel Eureka branded dosing cup sits in a custom holder to minimize mess and can be swapped out for a portafilter holder if desired. Silent Technology With a large amount of noise insulation and vibration dampening in the case, the Mignon Zero operates at a quite 64dB.
