These terms apply to your use of Coffee Rig Supply at coffeerigsupply.com and to orders placed through the store. Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate account, contact, billing and delivery information. Do not attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person’s account or interfere with the operation of the store.

Product selection and compatibility

Review each product’s description, included quantity, dimensions, model references and specifications before ordering. Espresso machine and grinder components may vary by production version; a similar appearance or matching brand is not proof of fitment. Store SKUs are listing identifiers, not automatically manufacturer part numbers.

For electrical products, check voltage, frequency, connection and plug requirements. For coffee and capsules, check the product format and equipment requirements. Contact us before ordering if the available details do not resolve a compatibility question.

Installation and safe use

Follow the equipment and product manufacturers’ instructions. Repairs involving electricity, hot water, steam or pressurized boilers may require a qualified technician. Product selection information is not a diagnosis of a machine fault or a substitute for service documentation.

Prices, orders and payments

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Review the items, quantities, delivery charges and any applicable taxes before paying. Orders are subject to payment confirmation, availability and acceptance.

If an availability issue or material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you about the next step. Any amount paid for an item we cannot supply will be refunded. Available payment methods are those offered during checkout.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Delivery options depend on your address and order. Processing and transit information is explained in our Shipping Policy. Contact us promptly for cancellation or address changes; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Protect your account credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. Website content and brand references may belong to Coffee Rig Supply or their respective rights holders. Brand and part references identify products and applications; they do not by themselves imply manufacturer endorsement or authorization.

We work to keep information accurate. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification or improper installation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
