Choosing espresso machine parts

A valve assembly and its spring, seal or actuator are not equivalent purchases. Look for the component reference and included-items list before comparing prices. Heating elements and control boards also require the correct electrical version and connections.

Does a shared brand name confirm that a part will fit?

No. Check the precise machine model, revision, part reference and stated exclusions.

Does a machine that will not heat necessarily need a new heating element?

No. Several faults can cause similar symptoms. Confirm the diagnosis and required part with an appropriately qualified technician before purchasing electrical components.

Identify the assembly before the individual part

Start with the machine parts diagram and identify the boiler, steam circuit, brewing group or electrical assembly involved. Compare the exact component reference and the dimensions or ratings stated for that part. Complete assemblies, individual seals and fixing hardware are different replacement scopes. Electrical, boiler and pressure-system work should follow the equipment service instructions and be handled by a qualified technician.
